My Shiba Quincy doesn't like many people and never lets anyone but me pick her up....but one day after working with Jack for about 2 months, I turned around and there she was, snuggled in Jack's arms. Amazing! He has a way with dogs. She goes crazy with excitement when Jack arrives and can't wait to go on his adventures. Jack is 100% reliable, trust worthy and a pleasure to work with. I've given him keys to my place without any problems at all. He sends me videos of Quincy playing. He always gives me updates about how Quincy is doing. I can't recommend him highly enough!
I am a personal assistant to a family with a beautiful black lab named Birdie. Jack faithfully took Birdie on hikes for several years until last fall when the family and I moved out of LA. We were all sad, especially Miss Bird, to leave Jack; however, when she visits LA, we book him for hikes. He is extremely reliable and takes great care of the dogs he works with. Give Jack a call because he's the best!
Jack is the best !!!! He has been walking my 3 monsters 5 days a week for years (no small feat since I have 3 large labs). He always lets me know what happening with my dogs and updates me on any behavioral changes. He is like part of the family.
Jack walked our 85 lb. high-energy, ill-mannered dane-pointer mix, Oggi, for about six months. He was very confident and super patient when dealing with our tough customer. Jack was always reliable and very accommodating when we had to make any changes to his schedule. We trusted Jack so much he even house-sat for us when we were out of town. If we ever needed a dog walker again, we would rehire Jack in a heartbeat. He is the best.
Jack is the BEST! Very reliable, always on time and a great communicator. Gives me specific updates via email immediately after each walk, which means a lot to me since I can't be with them. Jack is very friendly and I felt very comfortable giving him a key to my house so he can let himself in everyday. Our dogs love him, he has a great energy! I recommend Jack without any hesitation!
Jack has been walking our beautiful Stella since she was a puppy... almost 7 years later, I can't imagine not having him all of these years, as Stella has relied on him for her M-F walks. We trust him with our furry baby - he's extremely reliable and is a life saver whenever we need to switch our schedules at the last minute. Stella has even stayed with Jack at his place when we're out of town. Jack leaves us notes about how Stella is and what she has "accomplished" on her walks everyday, so that we know what she has been up to. Jack is simply the best, and you & your dog will be lucky to have him!
Hello there, I am Basco and Minka's mom. Jack walks my dogs Monday through Friday or when severe depression hits. He usually picks them up round 10:30 ish everyday and upon 10 minutes of Jack's arrival, Basco and Minka get excited and start to wait for him to show up. As soon as he walks in, it's as if I don't exist, they are just jumping around pacing until they get to go. I have also had to leave out of town abruptly and there is no one I trust my 2 babies more with than Jack. I just recently moved here from Chicago and couldn't imagine not having been introduced to Jack. I may be Minka and Basco's mommy, but Jack is their reliable best friend. I actually have to tell them it's the weekend and Jack gets days off too. We would all be lost without Jack!!!
